YOUR BIDDING ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN DONE.

**LIVE ON LOCATION BIDDERS**

• We will need your full name, address, email, phone number, copy of your ID (we will be able to do that on location if you need), as well as, your $50,000 deposit (certified funds).

• 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid. The balance of the deposit must be made within 48 hours. This deposit will be held in a non-interest bearing escrow account by Hereafter Auctions & Appraisals, Inc until settled.
